Summary:
A view of the flood assistance mobilization effort conducted in support of the flood of the Genesee River in 1972. Three soldiers rest in the grass, watching the military trucks and jeeps brought in to help transport sand bags to the flood zone. A civilian car is also parked on the parking lot.
