We will be able to use videophone on mobile devices in the near future.

You can apply for a toll free videophone number from Sorenson. This number can be passed out to both voice and direct VP users. When voice users call the number, they are automatically linked up to Sorenson Relay and connect the voice user with the videophone user. Direct VP users can use the number to call for direct vp conversations.
In addition, there is a IP relay service for blackberry mobile users.
