Collection Development Policy

It is the primary responsibility of RIT Library to provide collections which directly support the curricular needs of RIT's career-oriented, undergraduate programs. The research needs of the RIT community are served through a combination of on-site print and electronic collections, interlibrary loan and document delivery services.

The collection development policy provides an overview of RIT Library's general collecting principles, support levels, and general selection criteria.
