Located at 95 Main St. W. across the street from the main Institute buildings, Nathaniel Rochester Hall for men housed up to 483 students.

Eight floors of rooms, singles and doubles, most with private baths.

The building was dedicated in honor of Rochester's founder, Colonel Nathaniel Rochester, on February 21, 1959, his 207th birthday. The building was previously known as the Hotel Rochester.
