Graphic Arts Marketing Information Service (GAMIS)

GAMIS, a special industry group of the Printing Industries of America, is the premier market research association of the graphic arts industry. Members are from diverse segments of the printing industry and they receive over $200,000 in proprietary market research/information studies. This equates to about five studies per year in return for their annual dues ranging from $3,000 to $7,000, depending upon sales volume. The RIT Library, by special arrangement with GAMIS, receives free copies of these industry studies that are available for students and faculty at the Reserve Desk.

British Printing Industries Federation

The BPIF is the business support organisation for employers in the printing, packaging and graphic communications industry. Our principal aim is to improve the profitability of the industry through providing effective business support. The Gravure Association of America, Inc. is a trade association. It was formed in January 1987 as the result of the merger of the Gravure Technical Association (GTA) and the Gravure Research Institute (GRI). Both GTA and GRI had been in existence since 1947.
