ABOUT THIS DATABASE: Provided by the New York State Library, NOVEL is an online virtual library connecting New Yorkers to 21st century information via local libraries statewide. NOVEL is currently supported with temporary federal Library Services and Technology Act funds. New Century Libraries is an important statewide funding initiative currently before the Legislature that proposes permanent state funding for NOVEL.

TERMS OF USE: Access to this database is restricted to current RIT students, faculty and staff for academic and teaching purposes only. Commercial use, systematic or "excessive" downloading, or redistribution of database content outside of RIT is expressly prohibited. Violations may result in the cancellation of this database for the entire campus as well as the personal sanctions outlined in the RIT Code of Conduct for Computer and Network Use.
