Who Can Display

Any and all artists are welcome to submit artwork for display, but preference is given to RIT students, alumni, faculty and staff. Most of the art that has been submitted is from students or alumni, but some faculty and staff continue to use the venue to display their work as well.

Types of Art

Our goal with the artwork adorning Java Wally's is to have a variety of subjects, colors, sizes and mediums that enhance the coffeehouse atmosphere, while also providing a free opportunity for people to display their work.

Display Details

• There is no charge, no fees, and no cover to display (or view) the art.
• Artist is responsible for the delivery/pick up of the artwork to/from Java Wally's
• The Wallace Center is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to materials brought into the café for display.

Note: The Wallace Center cannot accept any of the artwork as a permanent donation.

To schedule an appointment to review the work you would like to display please email chuck@javascafe.com.

Please fill out the Artist Agreement Form and bring to your appointment . The form may be used for multiple artworks (ex: series).
