• There is no charge for admission to shows.
• Seating is limited by the size of the coffeehouse and is on a first come basis.

Library Equipment

Infrared headphones are available for checkout at the library circulation desk. Please email Sue Roethel at least 24 hours in advance if you would like to request use of the system.

Sign Language Interpreter

Need a sign language interpreter for a scheduled show? Please notify Sue Roethel 1.5-2 weeks before the scheduled event and she will put in a request with the Department of Interpreting Services. Please note: Interpreting Services are subject to availability.

Requesting a Show

• Submit event details via the Java Wally's contact form.
• You will be notified if the event is approved.
• Fill out and print the performing arts agreement form: performing arts agreement form.
• Drop completed form off at office 05-1486 or fax to (585)475-7007.
