Renew Items

Renew an RIT Library book or other item as often as you like. You may renew by contacting the Circulation Department in person, by phone or online.

We are unable to renew when:
-- the book is requested by another user
-- you are not registered for the quarter (students)
-- you are not presently employed by RIT (faculty/staff)


To renew by phone call:

To renew online you will first be prompted for your library PIN (Personal Identification Number).

First time viewing your account? When prompted, simply create a PIN of your choosing which will be encryptically stored.

Can't remember your PIN? Please contact the Circulation Desk. We will delete your current PIN and then you may create a new one.
