New exhibition: Kate Gleason, Visionary: A tribute on her 150th birthday

This exhibition serves as a tribute to Kate Gleason’s multifaceted achievements in the fields of engineering, manufacturing, banking, and building.
 
On view at the Wallace Library on the RIT campus, the exhibition was organized by a team of faculty in the museum studies program of the College of Liberal Arts at RIT, including Professor Tina Olsin Lent, who serves as museum studies program chair, and Professor Rebecca Edwards, who serves as chair of the department of history. They are joined by Juilee Decker and Rebecca DeRoo from the department of performing arts and visual culture and Michael Brown from the department of history.
