Format:

In-text: In-text citations are treated as if they were footnotes and are enclosed in square brackets [1].

Examples:

Notes: 

Begin the citation with the name of the person primarily responsible for the content (e.g. director). If you have other individuals you would like to highlight (e.g. narrators or actors), include those after the title of the film as you would the editor for a book; add a descriptive label (e.g. narr. for narrator) after the person's name to clarify their role in the overall production (see p. 39, "Books, Monographs: Examples," 1). Use [DVD] or another appropriate descriptive label to indicate that you are not citing a traditional text-based source.
