It's A Deaf Deaf Deaf Deaf World

Title
It's A Deaf Deaf Deaf Deaf World
Description
Robert Panara was a huge supporter and educator of theater in the deaf world. He worked with NTID's drama club to put together “It's A Deaf Deaf Deaf Deaf World” in March of 1974. The play ran for two evenings; admission was $1.50; the venue was the James E. Booth Auditorium. (The Panara Theater had yet to be built.) As with NTID performances today, these performances more than forty years ago provided interpreters for the hearing audience so that they, too, could understand the performance.
